Path "Taufen"

The path ”Taufen” is a path with history for families. The name “Taufen“ derives from the wood in this forest which was used to construct wine casks.

Take highway's exit “Bolzano Nord/Eggental”, turn right direction Bolzano/Bozen, after about 0,5 km on roundabout keep left and head towards Val d’Ega (SS 241). Keep driving up to Ponte Nova. At Ponte Nova’s crossroads, turn to the left and continue to Nova Levante, keep left after the pharmacy in direction San Valentino about 1,5 km. The parking is located on the opposite of the Appartment Ulrike. Continue by feet in direction to San Valentino for 10 min. until the Hotel Schönwald. (about 30 min. from highway toll booth).

Starting at hotel Schönwald, take Via Samer. Following the path [22] and then [2A] you reach the farm Zipperle. Path [2] leads back to Nova Levante.
