Hike to Plan de Corones/Kronplatz

KRONPLATZ (2275 m, H: 4 hours) From San Vigilio, hike to Passo Furcia (trail no. 1) and then take the road or trail no. 1 past the Panorama inn to the peak. Going back, you can also choose the route via Pieve Marebbe.

By express highway Rosenheim-Kufstein-Innsbruck-Brenner up to exit "Brixen", where you continue toward the Pustertal (Val Pusteria). After about 20 km on the Pustertal na-tional road, always heading toward Bruneck, you turn off to your right just before St. Lorenzen, into the Gadertal, heading towards Alta Badia. The SS244 carries you up to San Vigilio.
