Circular hike from the Grand Hotel Carezza to the Latemar Labyrinth

The Latemar is varied on this circular walk, which starts at the Grand Hotel Carezza and leads the hiker through the Latemar Forest to the labyrinth and back.

Take highway's exit “Bolzano Nord/Eggental”, turn right direction Bolzano/Bozen, after about 0,5 km on roundabout keep left and head towards Val d'Ega (SS 241). Keep driving up to Ponte Nova. At Ponte Nova’s crossroads, turn to the left in direction to Nova Levante and continue until Grand Hotel Carezza (about 30 min. from highway toll booth).

The itinerary starts from the Grand Hotel Carezza (1,609 m) and continues first along path [12] and then along forest path [12A] to the junction with path [11]. Turn left and go uphill along path [11] to the Radura di Mezzo (1839 m) and the entrance to the labyrinth trail. Following the labyrinth path, path [20], you reach path [18], turn left and follow it up to the junction with path [21]. Turn right onto path [21] and continue through the Latemar forest until you reach the junction with path [13], where you turn left and return to the starting point, the Grand Hotel Carezza.
