On the third day, the Trail leads from the mountain pass, Passo di Costalunga, to the lake Lago di Carezza until Obereggen.
The third stage guides from the Passo di Costalunga (Karer) among Trail [17] to the meadows of the Latemar Mountain. Along the Trails [18A], [18] and [21] is reached the MitterlegerAlm (1,839 m). It is located in the middle of a beautiful mountain meadow and is usually closed. From this point the Trail [11] leads to the lake Lago di Carezza (Karer See). Among the Tempelweg Trail [8] until the detergency to Trail [9], is reached the end of this stage at Obereggen.
Numerous possibilities for accommodation are at Obereggen.
