This pleasant roundtrip hike brings you to paces with stunning vistas of beautiful landscapes.
On the Brenner (A 22 Brenner autobahn – toll), take the Bozen Nord/Eggental (Eggen Valley) autobahn exit and proceed approx. 0.5 km towards Bozen/Bolzano. At the roundabout, turn left into the Eggen Valley (SS 241). Continue along the Dolomites Road until you come to Birchabruck. There, turn right and follow the signposts for the Lavazè Pass until the Jochgrimm Pass(40 - 50 minutes from the Bozen Nord/Eggental autobahn exit).

Parking at Jochgrimm Pass.
Drive by car to the Auerleger Alm (Lavazè Pass / Jochgrimm). From the parking lot, proceed on Trail [2] to the Jochgrimm, and then continue to the Gurndin Alm. From there, continue along Trail [12A] to the Isi Hut and on Trail [7] back to the Jochgrimm. From there, you get easily back to the Auerleger Alm.
