This route features stretches of challenging forest trails alternated with gentler alpine and meadow paths.

The trail leads uphill at the beginning, through beautiful meadows and along the edges of the forest. After you’ve covered a few metres of altitude gain, a forest trail continues uphill to a small mountain pasture with breathtaking views. From here, a rocky trail leads downhill to the Malga Ciamin/Tschaminschwaige mountain hut and along the Tschaminbach river. The final stretch of the route leads uphill and merges with the outward trail, which will lead you back to your set-off point.
