What more could you want?

The set-off point is Weißlahnbad. Bus 176 will bring you to Tiers and then the bus 185 to St. Zyprian and from there you can hike to Weißlahnbad in half an hour. Alternatively, you can drive here. Parking facilities are available at the Visitor’s centre Tiers am Rosengarten in Weißlahnbad.

Bus service and timetables

The hike begins at the Schlern-Rosengarten Nature Reserve Visitor Centre at the entrance to the Tschamin Valley and leads past the “Schwarzer Lettn” and “Hoher Steg” springs. After you pass by the Schaferleger clearing you will come to the Rechter Leger clearing, a particularly beautiful vantage point and a wonderful spot to stop off and relax. If you turn left just before the clearing, you will come to a waterfall.

To return, make your way back to the turnoff for Weißlahnbad. At the turnoff, walk straight on towards St. Zyprian. Cross the vast alpine meadows facing the Tiers Valley, and follow path no. 12 back to Weißlahnbad and the Nature Reserve Visitor Centre.
