Snowshoe tour to the St. Agatha church

A long, but worthwile circular snowshoe tour with amazing panorama and a little, worth seeing church.

Take highway´s exit “Bolzano Nord/Eggental”, turn right direction Bolzano/Bozen, after about 0,5 km on roundabout keep left and head towards Val d’Ega (SS 241). Keep driving up to Ponte Nova. At Ponte Nova’s crossroads, turn to the right and continue to Nova Ponente. Take the first exit and shortly afterwards turn off to the car park (about 30 min. from highway toll booth). 

Starting from the bar Luise head along the paths [6a] and [6b] to the Voit mill. Follow the trail as far as the Unterkofl farm, from where you can make a side trip to the St. Agatha church. Go on to the Oberkofl farm and return on the trails [5] and [5a].
