This route offers a lot of variety in addition to breathtaking views of the Schlern. It takes you through gravel roads, mountain trails, and wooden footbridges in the Seiser Alm.

The road to the Seiser Alm nature reserve is closed to private vehicles from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. During this time, you can either access the Seiser Alm via the Seiser Alm cable car from Seis or take the bus from Kastelruth. You can leave the Seiser Alm by car at any time.

The starting and ending point of the Samuel-Wanjiru track is the Alpenhotel Panorama. The route is short, but scenic, and takes you around the wet meadows of Ladinser Moos. The steep section after Sattler Schwaige is the biggest challenge for runners, but rewards them with an unparalleled view of the nearby Rosszähne. The running track goes over gravel and mountain trails.
