This varied cross-country ski trail runs over the Große Moos, as well as over the extensive alpine meadows to the north in the direction of the cable car to St. Ulrich. Of course, the view of the Dolomite peaks Lang and Plattkofel should not be missed. After a short ascent, it goes downhill into a forest and alpine meadows. In Hartl, the trail turns. The trail leads along the slope over extensive alpine meadows, slightly uphill. At a steep ascent, the trail meets the Möser Loipe. With slight ups and downs, it goes back to the starting point Ritsch.

The road to the Seiser Alm Nature Reserve is closed to private traffic from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During this time, you can reach the Seiser Alm by the Seiser Alm Bahn from Seis or by bus from Kastelruth.
