Start in Albeins (600m) on the railway cycle path towards the entrance of the Villnöss valley, then ascent to Nafen (806m), to Teis (962m) onward to Miglanz (1083m) then to St. Peter (1154m), to Pitzack, Weissenbach and finally arrival in St. Magdalena at the parking area Ranui/Waldschenke (1350m).
