Running Route Tisens - Tagusens

The running route from Tisens to Tagusens is a challenging and long distance, but the scenic beauty definitely makes it worthwhile. Along the route, runners can enjoy impressive views of the Eisack Valley and the Val Gardena.

The starting point of this circular route, which passes through the hamlets of Tisens and Tagusens, is located in Kastelruth. From the center of the village, the path leads to Tisens, then over Lieg to Tagusens. Afterwards, the trail goes through forests and meadows to Tamineshof and back to the starting point of the circular route, passing by Lafoglerhof. The route consists of gravel and asphalt.
