This panoramic circular hike leads across flowering alpine meadows in Karersee/Carezza and invites you to several refreshment stops to enjoy and linger.
Take highway´s exit “Bolzano Nord/Eggental”, turn right direction Bolzano/Bozen, after about 0,5 km on roundabout keep left and head towards Val d’Ega (SS 241). Keep driving up to Ponte Nova. At Ponte Nova’s crossroads, turn to the left and continue to Nova Levante until the cable car (about 20 min. from highway toll booth).

The route begins in Nova Levante/Welschnofen at the cable car station and continues uphill to the Frommeralm tavern. Follow trail [1A] to “Frin” and continue on trail [16] to the Moseralm hotel, with a short diversion to the Heinzen Alm Alpine farm. After the Moseralm hotel turn left on trail [9] to the Nigerstraße road and continue on trail [1A] to the Ochsnehütte mountian hut and the Frommeralm tavern. Take the cable car back down to Nova Levante.
