The entire circular trail is well signposted and is particularly suitable for warm summer days. We start at the Hotel Goldenes Rössl and follow the Bühlenweg trail (marked as 10) in an easterly direction, past the Unterpray manor house, until we reach the end of the residential area. From there, we turn left onto trail number 3, which leads us along the Tisenser Bach stream through the Plattenmüller Loch. After crossing the stream, we turn right onto the Waldackerweg trail. This path leads us uphill in switchbacks, always following the number 3 markers, through dense forests. Soon we reach a pasture on our left and come to a fork in the road, where we turn left and continue to follow the number 3 markers. After about 20 minutes, we reach the Lutz-Freudenegg and Einsiedl farmstead. Here, we follow the asphalted road for about 100 meters before plunging back into the forest on the right. Soon, we enjoy a magnificent view of Kastelruth, the Schlern and the Puflatsch mountains. The last section takes us past the Gaff house and down to the Grondelboden residential area, following the number 10 markers back to the starting point.
