This challenging tour takes you through the forest towards Hartl and offers a beautiful view of Lang- and Plattkofel. The return journey leads through blooming alpine meadows back to Saltria.

The road to the Seiser Alm nature reserve is closed to private vehicles from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. During this time, you can either access the Seiser Alm via the Seiser Alm cable car from Seis or take the bus from Kastelruth. You can leave the Seiser Alm by car at any time.

The medium-length running route starting and ending in Saltria is very scenic. The route goes around Col da Fil and the Große and Kleine Moos. The trail is technically challenging and includes inclines of up to 24%. Especially right after the start, there is a tough section with a steep ascent. The running route partly goes on gravel paths and partly on mountain trails.
