Snowshoe hike to the Lech Dlá Lé lake

The pleasant snowshoes hike in Badia leads along the trail Tru di tiers following the traces of the wild animals.

Along the whole itinerary sculptures of wild animals are placed, for example: an eagle, an owl, or a bear. The sculptures were carved from larch and pine wood with a chainsaw by a local artist.

*By car

  • Coming from Innsbruck: take the A 13 and the A 22 toll motorway and exit at Bressanone/Brixen, following the signs to Brunico/Bruneck along the Val Pusteria/Pustertal road as far as San Lorenzo/St.Lorenzen. Follow the signs to Val Badia/Gadertal 
  • Coming from Verona-Bolzano: take the A 22, exit at Bressanone/Brixen and continue as above

In order to reach the starting point of the excursion take the La Crusc 1 chair lift in Badia. The nature trail starts at the Lee hut and leads through the woods for approx. 400 metres on flat trail to the small mountain lake Lech Dlá Lé.
