*By car

• Coming from Innsbruck: take the A13 and the A22 toll motorway and exit at Bressanone/Brixen, following the signs to Brunico/Bruneck along the Val Pusteria/Pustertal road as far as San Lorenzo/St. Lorenzen. Follow the signs to Val Badia/Gadertal 
• Coming from Verona-Bolzano: take the A22, exit at Bressanone/Brixen and continue as above

Starting from the church of La Val you ascend along the road arriving in the locality of Cians. From this group of houses begins a flat path passing through the meadows, which leads to the little church of Santa Barbara. The path on the left continues to the farmhouses Ciablun, Runch and Biei. From here the path descends to the starting point.
