On this hike, you'll have a breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. Highlights of this circular hike include the legendary Witches' Benches, the Filln Cross, and the Engelsrast lookout point.

The start and end point of this tour is Compatsch on the Seiser Alm. To get here, take the Seiser Alm cable car or with line 10 from Seis am Schlern via Kastelruth. Parking facilities are available at the valley station of the Seiser Alm car.

The road to the landscape conservation area Seiser Alm is closed to private traffic from 9.00am to 5.00pm. During this time you can get to the Seiser Alm by the Seiser Alm cable carr from Seis or by bus from Kastelruth. You can descend from Compatsch at any time.

The hike starts at the Seiser Alm Bahn mountain station in Compatsch and ascends to the Dibaita Puflatschhütte. From there, the trail continues to the Puflatsch mountain station. Alternatively, you can take the Puflatsch Telemix to avoid the first ascent. The Engelsrast, located directly next to the Puflatsch mountain station, offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The hike then continues on a wide snow path to the Filln Cross (a popular photo spot), to the Arnikahütte, past the Dibaita Puflatschhütte, and back to Compatsch.
