The Movimënt fitness parks, located at 2000 m, are fitness studios and wellness centres with panoramic views. On lush Alpine pastures, surrounded by the majestic peaks of the Dolomites, you can enjoy Kneipp therapy, indulge in wellness and take part in various sport and leisure activities. The area between Corvara, La Villa and San Cassiano is also ideal for Nordic walking, jogging, trail running and also mountain biking. The altitude of the fitness parks further increases the effect of the training.

Of course, younger visitors are also catered for with a wide range of sports, games and fun.

The parks can be reached by cable cars and on easy, well-marked trails on foot, with buggies or by bike. In all three parks you can also hire and charge your electric mountain bike.

The parks

Active Park Piz La Ila: Can be reached by the gondola lift of the same name. This park offers the perfect blend of physical exercise and spiritual equilibrium, with certain areas for sport and leisure and zones for relaxation and foot reflexology. Children and teenagers can tire themselves out climbing, completing slalom courses or trampolining.

Bear Park Piz Sorega: The park, which can be reached by the same-named gondola lift, is named after the Ladin cave bears, "Ursus ladinicus". Here children can learn more about the nature and history of the Dolomites through play. Adult visitors will find a fitness area and a Kneipp circuit.

Spaghettino Park Pralongià: In this park, our very youngest visitors – accompanied by the pink worm Spaghettino – can explore the wonderful world that lies hidden beneath leaves, grass and soil.
