The trail run starts from the centre of Badia at the parking area of the La Crusc 1 chair lift.

The mountain running climbs up on hiking trail no. 7. The route goes beneath the La Crusc 1 chair lift and the La Crusc 2 cable car, over gently rolling meadows and through sparse woodland. As you run, the mighty Sasso di Santa Croce is always in front of you. The first part of the climb is on asphalt (about 1.5 km) and a well-surfaced gravel track.

For the return to Badia you can choose various alternative routes or you can descend with the La Crusc 1 chair lift and the La Crusc 2 cable car.
