Once around Sesto and get to know a lot about flora, fauna and the village. Young and old can gain first impressions on the Sesto Circuit. The half-day tour is suitable for the whole family, but is only in some places accessible with a buggy.

Sexten/Sesto

From Moos/ Moso, the path leads right uphill (Helmweg), past the Berghotel, to the Bruggerlift, where you turn right. Take the small narrow path along the edge of the forest to the forest road to the Nemensalm. Follow this path for a short stretch and turn right again onto the first forest path, past an apiary and a farm through a short stretch of forest and, after a change of direction, reach the Signaue and the Hennstoll hut. There turn right over the bridge and back to the eastern end of Moos, crossing the Kreuzberg road and continuing into the Fischleintal/ Val Fiscalina to the valley station of the Rotwandwiesen cable car. Here a short stretch along the 102 path into the Fischleintal and then turn right at the path pillar and you reach the upper meadow path (No. 1). Follow this out of the valley in a westerly direction until you reach the Haideck fortress, which was completely destroyed in the First World War and now only remains. Continue slightly downhill until you reach a sharp bend on the left where a small forest path leads you further out of the valley to Sesto. There we cross the main road, change sides and reach the Kinigerhöfe on a hill on the Helm side of the Sesto valley. Between these two farms slightly above, the path leads along the edge of the meadow back to Moos. So to speak it is a small but nice round tour around the Sesto Valley to explore and a wonderful walk is also possible in parts.

The entire Sesto Circular Trail is marked with trail number 1.
