A 5 km long running track combined with 5 stations offers everyone the opportunity to keep their bodies fit in the great outdoors. You start with abdominal and back exercises on the playground "Fussel de Nis", continue with a handstand at the "Luis Trenker playground", then into "Val d’Anna" to the turnbar to master chin-ups. At the playground "Uridl" push-ups are planned and finally at the "Tennis Center" where a crosswalker waits to finish the session.
